Activation of these services requires your business to complete A2P 10DLC registration with our carrier partner. This process, which we will guide you through during onboarding, typically takes 3–5 business days upon submission of your business information. Until A2P registration is approved, functionalities like text messaging and certain phone-related features may be limited. We will complete and deliver your full system on time, with all messaging capabilities becoming operational once registration is finalized.
